What a crazy loopy and windy party we had last weekend. Thank you all for joining us – and for folks who missed it – be sure to put this event on your calendar for next year!
Collectively you racked up 2,784 miles in our little neighborhood woods and completed this loop 696 times. Almost half of you ran an ultra on Saturday. 4 folks broke the 100K mark. Several of you set new distance and duration PR’s. One of you ran their 185th ultra race – wow, we are speechless and in awe!
(If you do find anything wonky, please let us know right away, we’re uploading them to UltraSignup in the next couple of days.)
This was the first time we ran a 12 Hour race at LBA and therefore we have some incredible new base records:
Our race photographer Jake Southard took some incredible photos of y’all. Check them out here, find yourself, download at your leisure – they are free. Jake would love a credit if you post them on social. Here’s his IG handle.
The Electric Cable Car live tracker was super popular – but we gotta admit, keeping it updated throughout the day. We will fine-tune and improve this.
Now finally, the after party is this Friday at the Capitol Theater in downtown Olympia.
Y’all got a free entry to the Olympia showing of the Trail Running Film Festival.
If you need additional tickets you can grab them here.
We’ll have prizes for the 100K finishers some surprises and free pair of Goodr sunnies for the first 50 people through the door. How cool is that?
Hope to see you all there.
