Registration for the 2021 Little Backyard Adventure race is now open.

We’re excited to welcome you all to Olympia’s LBA Park.
It will be a fun way of bringing in-person racing back to Olympia.
We’ll keep the event safe and cannot wait to see you all toe the start line!

Given the challenges over the last year we need to push the race at this incredible location out into 2022. We still very much believe that these woods hold a route for an unforgettable and tough race, but we need more time to bring everyone to the table and get everything set up right. Hold tight, it’ll be worth it.

ROCK CANDY MOUNTAIN RUN

The pandemic closed everything down and the logging at Rock Candy Mountain changed the mountain significantly. We’ll be spending the summer reassessing the course and the idea of a mountain run right outside Olympia. We want to push this to 2022 to give us a chance to create something truly amazing up there.

2020 REGISTERED RACERS

First of all, thank you so much for hanging in and being patient as we’re working through this mess and coming out on the other side. Here’s what ‘s going to happen for folks who registered to run one of the Olympia races:

• Little Backyard Adventure:
  You will receive an invitation to transfer your registration to the 2021 race over the next couple of days. Please wait for an email from UltraSignUp. 
• Wild Kaiser and Rock Candy Mountain Run:
  If you’re itching to put on a bib I invite you to transfer your registration and come run LBA. Send us an email and we will get you a code to sign up for any distance of the LBA race. If you want to hang tight till 2022 we’ll keep your name on file and will email you to register when when we announce the new races.
